Profit First is a cash flow management system that drives profitability by leveraging your current habits. We will provide a complimentary Profit First Assessment to show you the profit and roll out plan you can accomplish using the system. Once engaged, the rollout begins with a Kick Off planning meeting and depending on the package selected can include weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual check-ins. Throughout the engagement we support our clients with allocations and expense monitoring, input and advice.
